Hi! My name is Ben Ng. I am a self-taught UX designer who is driven by my curiosity to understand the logic and reasoning behind a person’s behavior.

Based in Penang, I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with experience as a Technical Sales Engineer. I specialized in researching the pain points of users and following up with solutions to meet my clients’ business goals.

As a hobby, I enjoy diving into digital painting to hone my aesthetic sense and observation skill, and also be appreciative and empathetic towards everyone.
